Michael Sadler - Chief Operating Officer

Michael Sadler is the chief operating officer of Wealth Investors, LLC. In his role, Michael manages the overall operations of the company, including personnel management, technical needs and day-to-day business operations.

Michael brings a wide range of operational and management experience to Wealth Investors. He was commissioned as a United States Naval officer in 1985, became a Naval Aviator in 1987 and went on to serve in many leadership roles as an active duty and reserve officer for over 23 years.

Michael’s experience includes the operational management of personnel and the training of pilots in a Navy F/A-18 fighter squadron during operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He also served as a department head in several squadrons, both on active duty and in the reserves, where he was responsible for the management of hundreds of military personnel as well as multi-million dollar equipment and operating budgets. In 2001, Michael joined the Air Force reserves, where he worked as a flight instructor for Air Force fighter pilots in combat tactics. There, he achieved the rank of lieutenant colonel.

In 1993, Michael joined FedEx Express as a pilot. He has held several positions at FedEx Express, including flight instructor and captain on multiple aircraft flying to destinations around the world.

In addition to his military experience, Michael’s entrepreneurial experience includes working with a startup computer services company, as well as successfully managing a family business.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering technology from Georgia Southern College.
